Nicholas F. Nolan III CPA

Nick Nolan, the Company president, has been involved in the accounting profession for over thirty-five years. After graduating from Wright State University, Nick spent time in a national firm in Columbus, Ohio and later in a local firm in Dayton, Ohio. He has practiced the last thirty years in Troy, Ohio and has been an owner in the Troy firm since 1980.

Nick is involved in financial and tax planning for corporations and individuals, financial statement and tax preparation and analysis, management consulting and strategic planning, and technology analysis. In addition, Nick oversees the firms administration and quality control procedures.

Nick currently serves on the Miami County Park Board as Treasurer.

Thomas R. Giere CPA

Tom Giere has been involved in the accounting profession since graduating with honors from Wright State University in 1981. Tom gained valuable experience in the accounting field working for a fortune five hundred company before entering public accounting in 1984 as a manager in the tax department of an international firm. He joined a private practice in Troy in 1989 and was named a partner and owner of the firm in 1992. In addition to his undergraduate degree in accounting, Tom holds a Master of Science degree in taxation from the University of Cincinnati.

Tom is involved primarily in tax planning and compliance for businesses and individuals. With his education and experience he is able to help clients analyze and implement complex tax strategies to minimize the impact of federal, state and local taxes. He also works extensively in the areas of estate tax and succession planning, management consulting, and strategic planning.

Kimberly A. Harvey CPA

Since graduating from Ohio University in 1984, Kim has been involved in the accounting profession in both private industry and public accounting. Kim joined the firm in 1990 as a staff accountant and over the past sixteen years has gained valuable experience in both financial and tax planning for corporations and individuals. Upon completing her Masters in Taxation degree from Capital University Law School in 1996, Kim was promoted to manager. Kim was named an owner in the firm in September, 2000.

Kim is involved primarily in tax planning and compliance for businesses and individuals.

Kim is actively involved in the Troy Kiwanis. Kim also serves as the Treasurer for the Troy Senior Citizens Group and Troy Main Street.
